# The M25 Junction 10/A3 Wisley Interchange Development Consent Order 2022, Paragraph 4: Traffic management during construction

Extent: E+W

(1) No part of the authorised development comprising the alteration or improvement of the M25 or A3 is to commence until a traffic management plan relevant to that part of the authorised development has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Secretary of State, following consultation with the relevant planning authority and the local highway authority.
(2) The authorised development must be constructed in accordance with the traffic management plan approved under sub-paragraph (1).
