# The M25 Junction 10/A3 Wisley Interchange Development Consent Order 2022, Paragraph 52

Extent: E+W

If in consequence of the agreement reached in accordance with sub-paragraph 44(1) or the powers conferred under this Order the access to any apparatus is materially obstructed, the undertaker must provide such alternative rights and means of access to such apparatus as will enable SGN to maintain or use the apparatus no less effectively than was possible before such obstruction.
