# The M25 Junction 28 Development Consent Order 2022, Article 12: Access to works

Extent: E+W

The undertaker may, for the purposes of the authorised development, form and layout means of access, or improve existing means of access, at such locations within the Order limits as the undertaker reasonably requires for the purposes of the authorised development.
