# The M25 Junction 28 Development Consent Order 2022, Article 25: Compulsory acquisition of land

Extent: E+W

(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development, or to facilitate it, or is incidental to it.
(2) This article is subject to paragraph (2) of article 28 (compulsory acquisition of rights and imposition of restrictive covenants) and article 34 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development).
