# The M25 Junction 28 Development Consent Order 2022, Paragraph 18: Code of construction practice

Extent: E+W

(1) No part of the authorised development may commence until a code of construction practice has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Secretary of State in consultation with Transport for London and the relevant planning authorities.
(2) The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the approved code of construction practice.
