# The M25 Junction 28 Development Consent Order 2022, Paragraph 19: Gardens of Peace Muslim Cemetery

Extent: E+W

(1) No part of Work No. 29 is to commence within plot nos. 1/8a and 1/8 until a site-specific construction plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Secretary of State following consultation with the Gardens of Peace Muslim Cemetery and Cadent.
(2) Work No. 29 within plot nos. 1/8a and 1/8 must be constructed in accordance with the approved site-specific plan referred to in sub-paragraph (1).
