# The M25 Junction 28 Development Consent Order 2022, Paragraph 53

Extent: E+W

Notwithstanding article 46 (service of notices), any plans submitted to National Grid by the undertaker pursuant to paragraph 45 or 46 must be sent to National Grid Plant Protection at plantprotection@cadentgas.com or such other address as National Grid may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the undertaker in writing.
