SPECIAL ROADS

Laid before Parliament 27th November 2001

Coming into force 18th December 2001

The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(2) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984^f1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with respective organisations in accordance with section 134(2) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
