  "text": "The anti-clockwise slip roads are—\n(a) the on-slip roads which connect—\n(i) the A12 with the anti-clockwise carriageway of the M25 at junction 28;\n(ii) the A127 with the anti-clockwise carriageway of the M25 at junction 29; and\n(iii) the A13 with the anti-clockwise carriageway of the M25 at junction 30.\n(b) the off-slip roads which connect the anti-clockwise carriageway of the M25 at—\n(i) junction 28 with the A12; and\n(ii) junction 29 with the A127.",
