Regulation 2 Amendment to the M27 Motorway (Junctions 4 to 11) (Variable Speed Limits) Regulations 2021

In the Schedule, in paragraph (4)(e)—

(a)

for the “off-slip road connecting from the westbound carriageway to the A32 and” substitute—

“(i)

the off-slip road connecting from the westbound carriageway to the A3222;

(ii)

the on-slip road connecting from the A3222 to the westbound carriageway;

(iii)

the off-slip road connecting from the eastbound carriageway to the A3222; and”

(b)

The words “the on-slip road connecting from the A32 to the eastbound carriageway” become sub-paragraph (iv).
