  "text": "Road Traffic\nSpecial Roads\nMade 7th January 2021\nLaid before Parliament 12th January 2021\nComing into force 2nd February 2021\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(2) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.\nRepresentative organisations have been consulted in accordance with section 134(2) of that Act.",
