  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises National Highways to construct, operate and maintain works at the M3 Junction 9 and carry out all associated works.\nThis Order permits National Highways to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.\nThe Order also makes provision in connection with the maintenance of the authorised development.\nA copy of the plans, general arrangement plans, book of reference and environmental statement mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 47 (certification of plans etc). may be inspected free of charge during working hours at National Highways, Bridge House, 1 Walnut Tree Close, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 4LZ.",
