# The M3 Junction 9 Development Consent Order 2024, Paragraph 22: Protective works to buildings

Extent: E+W

The undertaker, in the case of the powers conferred by article 22 (protective works to buildings), must exercise those powers so as not to obstruct or render less convenient the access to any apparatus without the written consent of SGN.
