  "text": "A route, about 8.5 kilometres in length, starting at a point on the route of the A33 Otterbourne and Chandler’s Ford Bypass immediately south of its junction with the A31 at Compton. Proceeding in a generally southwesterly direction, the route follows the line of the existing route of the said A33 to end at a point 1179 metres northeast of the Bassett roundabout at Bassett, Southampton, all in the County of Hampshire.",
