  "text": "(This note is not part of the Scheme)\nThis Scheme revokes the M3 Motorway (Hockley—Compton Section) Scheme 1973, which is a Scheme made under section 11 of the Highways Act 1959 (c. 25), authorising the provision of a special road along a route between Hockley and Compton near Winchester in the County of Hampshire as part of the M3 Motorway. That route is more particularly described in the Schedule to that Scheme and shown by a heavy black line on the deposited plan to that Scheme.",
