# The M3 Motorway (Minley Interchange Connecting Roads) Scheme 1998, Section 2


In this Scheme:
(1) all measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway;
(2) (i) “connecting roads” means the special roads along the route described in the Schedule to this Scheme;
(ii) “the plan” means the plan numbered HA16/PS/23/D marked “The M3 Motorway (Minley Interchange Connecting Roads) Scheme 1998”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions, Great Minster House, Marsham Street, London SW1P 4DR; and
(iii) “the special roads” means all the connecting roads.
