  "text": "The section of the route to be deleted is the section, about 2.15 kilometres in length, starting at a point on the southwest of Basingstoke—Southampton Trunk Road (A33) (the “Winchester Bypass”) at Bar End in the County of Hampshire about 370 metres north-east of its junction with Garnier Road in the City of Winchester and proceeding in a general south-westerly direction on the western side of the Winchester Bypass (A33), passing to the west of St Catherine’s Hill, to end at a point about 450 metres south of the Winchester—Portsmouth Road (A333) at Hockley in the County of Hampshire.",
