Section 1

The M3 Motorway (Popham—Hockley Section) Scheme 1973^f1 is hereby varied by deleting therefrom all provisions relating to the section of the Motorway (as defined in that Scheme) between Bar End and Hockley described in the Schedule to this Scheme.
