  "text": "That length of special road described in Schedule 2 to this Order, shown by broad striped hatching and marked “B” on the deposited plan shall cease to be a trunk road and a special road and shall become an Unclassified Road as from the date on which the National Assembly for Wales notifies the City and County of Swansea that the new special road is open to through traffic.",
