# The M4 Motorway Slip Road (Junction 44, Lon-Las) Scheme 2003, Section 4


In this Scheme:—
(1) All measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway;
(i) “the motorway” (“y draffordd”) means the London-South Wales Motorway (M4);
(ii) “the special road” (“y ffordd arbennig”) means the highway mentioned in article 1 of this Order.
(iii) “the deposited plan” (“y plan a adneuwyd”) means the plan numbered HA16/1 NAFW 1 marked the M4 Motorway Slip Road (Junction 44, Lon-Las) Scheme 2003 signed on behalf of the Minister for Environment and deposited at the National Assembly for Wales Record Storage and Retrieval Unit, (RSRU), Neptune Point, Ocean Way, Cardiff;
