# The M42 Junction 6 Development Consent Order 2020, Paragraph 33

Notwithstanding article 45 (service of notices), any plans submitted to National Grid by the promoter pursuant to paragraph 26(1) must be sent to National Grid Plant Protection at plantprotection@nationalgrid.com or such other address as National Grid may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the promoter in writing.
