# The M42 Motorway (Junctions 7 to 9) (Variable Speed Limits) Regulations 2009, Paragraph 1


The specified roads are the—
(a) northbound carriageway of the M42 from marker post 35/8A to marker post 42/9 + 40A;
(b) carriageway of the northbound slip road;
(c) southbound carriageway of the M42 from marker post 42/9B to marker post 35/8B;
(d) carriageway of the southbound slip road; and
(e) linking carriageways.
