  "text": "(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required to carry out or to facilitate, or is incidental to, the authorised development.\n(2) This article is subject to article 24(2) (compulsory acquisition of rights and imposition of restrictive covenants) and article 31(8) (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development).",
