# The M5 Junction 10 Development Consent Order 2025, Paragraph 28: Opening

Extent: E+W

The undertaker must notify National Highways not less than 56 days in advance of the intended date of opening to the public of the strategic road network and the undertaker must notify National Highways of the actual date the strategic road network will be opened to the public no less than 14 days of that date and must not open the strategic road network to the public prior to the expiration of that period.
