# The M5 Junction 10 Development Consent Order 2025, Paragraph 43: Protective works to buildings

Extent: E+W

The undertaker, in the case of the powers conferred by article 19 (protective works to buildings), must exercise those powers so as not to obstruct or render less convenient the access to any apparatus.
