# The M5 Junction 10 Development Consent Order 2025, Paragraph 52: Cooperation

Extent: E+W

The undertaker shall use its reasonable endeavours during the exercise of the powers conferred by this Order to ensure that such works do not cause any interruption to the exercise by the utility undertaker of its statutory functions.
