# The M5 Motorway (Junction 29 Connecting Road) Scheme 2010, Section 2


In this Scheme:
(1) all measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway;
(2) (a) “special road” means the Motorway and its connecting roads; and
(b) “connecting road” means the special road described in the Schedule to this Scheme.
