# The M54 to M6 Link Road Development Consent Order 2022, Article 21: Compulsory acquisition of land – incorporation of the mineral code


Part 2 of Schedule 2 (minerals) to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (minerals) is incorporated in this Order subject to the modification that for “the acquiring authority” substitute “the undertaker”.
