Paragraph 48 Arbitration

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 40(2) or (4) and 41(1), any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 42 (arbitration).
