  "text": "Road Traffic\nSpecial Roads\nMade 7th January 2015\nLaid before Parliament 12th January 2015\nComing into force 9th February 2015\nThe Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(2) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.\nRepresentative organisations have been consulted in accordance with section 134(2) of that Act.",
