In this Scheme—

(a)

“the special roads” means the two special roads which the Secretary of State is authorised to provide by article 3 below;

(b)

“the plan” means the plan folio numbered HA 16/PS/20 containing 2 site plans bound together and respectively lettered A and B, marked “the M6 Motorway (Sarendon and Packington Diversions) Scheme 1998”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions and deposited at the Highways Agency, Project Services, Room 12/27, St. Christopher House, Southwark Street, London SE1 0TE; and

(c)

a reference to a site plan followed by the letter A or B is a reference to the site plan forming part of the plan and marked with that letter.
