Regulation 2 Imposition of speed limits

(1)

No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 50 miles per hour on any specified length of carriageway on the M6 Toll motorway.

(2)

In this regulation “specified length of carriageway” means—

(a)

the M6 Toll motorway northbound carriageway between marker post numbers MP 44/4+50 and MP 44/9+08 and between marker post numbers MP 45/3+85 and MP 45/7+90; and

(b)

the M6 Toll motorway southbound carriageway between marker post numbers MP 30/6+05 and MP 30/0+64 and between marker post numbers MP 29/4+50 and MP 29/0+70.
