# The M6 Toll (Speed Limit) Regulations 2006, Regulation 3: Imposition of speed limits


(1) No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on any specified length of carriageway on the M6 Toll motorway.
(2) In this regulation “specified length of carriageway” means—
(a) the M6 Toll motorway northbound carriageway between marker post numbers MP44/9+08 and MP 45/3+85; and
(b) the M6 Toll motorway southbound carriageway between marker post numbers MP30/0+64 and MP 29/4+50.
