  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises National Highways Limited to undertake works to construct the M60/M62/M66 Simister Island scheme and to carry out all associated works.\nThe Order permits National Highways Limited to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.\nThe Order also includes provisions in connection with the maintenance of the authorised development.\nA copy of the plans, engineering section drawings, the book of reference, the environmental statement and the first iteration EMP mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 41 (certification of plans and documents, etc.) of this Order may be inspected free of charge during normal working hours at National Highways, Piccadilly Gate, Store Street, Manchester, M1 2WD.",
