# The Macduff (Pilotage Powers) Order 1989, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order “the Council” means the Grampian Regional Council and “the harbour of Macduff” means the Macduff Harbour Area as defined in Schedule 1 of the Grampian Regional Council (Harbours) Order 1987 confirmed by the Grampian Regional Council (Harbours) Order Confirmation Act 1987.
