# The Machine Games Duty (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made to correct errors in SI 2012/2500 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 24 of Schedule 24 to the Finance Act 2012.
