# The Machine Games Duty (Exemptions) Order 2012, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st February 2013
The Treasury make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 8(1)(b), 8(2) and 39(2) of Schedule 24 to the Finance Act 2012.
