# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 102


In section 25(4) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 for “section 104 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 127(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
