# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 11


In section 153(a) of the Mines and Quarries Act 1954 for “section thirty-five of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 44 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
