# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 118


In section 129(2) and (4) of the Fair Trading Act 1973 for “section 104 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 127(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
