  "text": "In section 403 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975—\n(a) in subsection (4) for “section 72A of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 90 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”, for “the said Act of 1952” (in the first place where the words occur) substitute “ the said Act of 1980 ” and for “the Table set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the said Act of 1952” substitute “ the Table set out in paragraph I of Schedule 4 to the said Act of 1980 ” ;\n(b) in subsection (6) for “section 72A of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 90 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.",
