# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 140


In sections 39(2) and 41(5) and (7) of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 for “section 104 of the Magistrates" Courts Act 1952” substitute, in each case, “ section 127(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
