# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 150


In section 38(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1977 for “subsection (4) of section 102 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ subsection (3) of section 125 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
