# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 160


In section 22 of the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates’ Courts Act 1978 for “section 63 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 75 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
