# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 162


In section 24(3) of the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates’ Courts Act 1978 for “section 47(3) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 55(3) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
