# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 171


In section 6(3)(b) of the Protection of Children Act 1978 for “section 28 of the Criminal Law Act 1977” substitute “ section 32 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
