# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 177


In section 151 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 for “section 114 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 139 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
