# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 186


In section 42(4) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1979 for “Section 18 of the Criminal Law Act 1977” substitute “ Section 127(2) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
