# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 20


In section 5(5) of the Affiliation Proccediings Act 1957 for “section fifty-two of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 59 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
