# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 25


In section 9(2) and (4) of the Adoption Act 1958 for “section fifteen of the Justices of the Peace Act 1949” substitute “ section 144 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
